1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 777 Game platform, including the website at 777game.cx and the official Android application ("the App"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the 777 Game platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

777 Game may update these Terms from time to time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777 Game.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a 777 Game account you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Be the individual whose details you provide during registration — accounts cannot be opened on behalf of another person.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and contact details.
  • Not already hold an active 777 Game account.

By completing registration you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria. 777 Game reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age or payment details at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

One account rule: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 777 Game platform. If we identify that you hold or have held more than one account, we reserve the right to close duplicate accounts and void any bets or winnings arising from them.

3Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you were the person who carried out that activity.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. You must not allow any other person to access your account or use it to place bets or games on your behalf. Any breach of this rule may result in account suspension.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact 777 Game support immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your 777 Game account and not reusing it across other platforms.

777 Game will never contact you by email, live chat or phone to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from 777 Game that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

  • JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
  • Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
  • Raast – real-time interbank transfers
  • Bank Transfer – standard bank-to-bank transfers for all major Pakistani banks
  • Cards – Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in PKR

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction. 777 Game does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements being met. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. However, during peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing times may be longer. Once a withdrawal has been processed by 777 Game, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Deposit Limits and Responsible Spending

Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. These limits are applied immediately and are intended to help you manage your gaming spend. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

5Sports Betting Rules

777 Game offers sports betting markets including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football and Esports. By placing a bet you agree to the following conditions:

Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your Bet History. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet is not valid. The balance deducted will be returned to your account if the bet cannot be confirmed.

Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or competition in question. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Cricket Board or the relevant tournament authority. 777 Game's decision on settlement is final.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

  • The event is abandoned, cancelled or postponed without a result being declared within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
  • The bet was placed on odds that were published as a result of a clear technical error.
  • The market is suspended due to irregular betting patterns or integrity concerns.

Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are available for selected cricket, PSL and football events. Odds on live markets change constantly based on the state of play. It is your responsibility to ensure you are happy with the odds displayed at the time you place your bet. Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

6Slots and Casino Games

All slot games and casino game titles available on 777 Game use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are fair and unpredictable. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by any player action or by 777 Game.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction is void and the stake for that round is returned to your account balance. 777 Game is not liable for winnings that were displayed as a result of a malfunction before the error was detected and corrected.

Game Availability

777 Game reserves the right to add, remove or modify game titles available on the platform at any time without prior notice. The availability of certain games may vary depending on your device or connection type.

7Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

From time to time, 777 Game offers bonuses, free bets, promotional credits and VIP rewards. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

  • Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the relevant promotion.
  • Bonuses are available to one account per household and per device. Any attempt to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.
  • 777 Game reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms or cancel a promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, it will remain subject to the terms that applied at the time of crediting.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside the wagering requirement structure.

VIP Programme

The 777 Game VIP programme awards points based on eligible gameplay. Points accumulate toward tier progression and unlock benefits including enhanced bonuses, priority withdrawals and dedicated support. VIP points have no direct cash value and cannot be withdrawn. 8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777 Game platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent banning:

  • Providing false information during registration or verification.
  • Opening more than one account.
  • Using the platform for any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
  • Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Placing bets in collusion with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
  • Using any automated software, bot, script or tool to interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.
  • Sharing your account with any third party or allowing a third party to fund or control your account.

9Account Suspension and Closure

777 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

  • A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
  • Verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable period.
  • Irregular, fraudulent or abusive activity is detected on the account.
  • A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at the discretion of 777 Game. Where an account is closed at the player's request for reasons unrelated to any breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

Self-Requested Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact 777 Game support. Before closing your account, ensure any remaining balance has been withdrawn. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

10Privacy and Data

777 Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical measures to protect it.

11Responsible Gaming
